Create points at the centers of primitives or primitive groups.

Compatibility Houdini 11.0
Change Log Removed the HDK dependency. Group names and wildcards are now handled properly by globbing.
Removed the Use Groups toggle and renamed Primitive Groups to Group. Keeping consistent with Houdini, if no groups are chosen, all primitives are used.
Changed how groups are processed. Previously, a point would be created at the center of the entire group. Now, a point is created for each primitive in that group.
